We are excited to help you register for the program and get connected with a dedicated Lifestyle Coach.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">A Community-First Approach to Health<\/b> Supported by MountainWise and the NC Department of Health and Human Services, we are proud to bring diabetes prevention to your area <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"170\">completely free of cost<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">We understand how important community is here in Western North Carolina. Our goal is to provide a supportive space for our clients to learn, grow, and prosper. By the end of our year-long program, participants will have the knowledge, tools, and skills to reverse prediabetes and avoid a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">What to Expect<\/b> The program consists of 26 classes over the course of one year.
